Safety Officer Field App

A safety officer's day happens in the field. The app has to run a full inspection from a phone, photograph a hazard, open a defect, get a worker's signature on a briefing and send a signed report, even without connectivity. The WorkSafety.io field app was built for exactly that, for safety officers, safety assistants and site managers.

What you do in the app

• Inspections and checklists with camera photos, on-screen signature and automatic PDF distribution.
• Defects opened from any failed item, with photo, location, owner and due date; repeat defects are flagged.
• QR scanning of cranes, extinguishers and first-aid kits for instant status and on-the-spot checks.
• Briefings and training in the workers' languages, signed on the phone.
• Attendance by QR with location verification, including visitors.
• Open defects per site before you start, with "after" photos on closure.

Works offline

Inspections, photos and signatures are stored on the device and synced automatically when the connection returns.
