About Work Safety
Our Story
Work Safety was born in the field. Not in a fancy office or a corporate boardroom, but on construction sites, at busy intersections, surrounded by the smell of fresh asphalt and the hard hat that accompanies us every morning.
We are safety officers who experienced the pain firsthand: binders full of paperwork, forms that get soaked in the rain, training sessions that go undocumented, equipment that expires without anyone noticing. We watched project managers trying to do the right thing, but drowning in bureaucracy that didn't let them manage safety. Only document it.
So we built what we wished we had when we started. A system that works for the safety officer, not against them.

A defect found during an inspection is automatically opened, assigned a unique number, given a due date, and starts "chasing" the person responsible. If not resolved in time, it escalates to the next level. No need to remember, no need to send reminders. The system does it for you.
Employee & Contractor Management
Every worker on site has a complete digital file: training records, licenses, medical exam validity, PPE provided. A worker whose training is about to expire? You'll get an alert before it happens. Safety Training & Digital Signatures

Safety Equipment Tracking
Track every piece of safety equipment: fire extinguishers, harnesses, first aid kits. Inspection dates, locations, field scan documentation. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Dashboard & BI Reports
